PRO CONNECT holds the EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS to operate the CONNECTOR (16A-230V-IP67-Class II).
This connector has been registered with the EUIPO and is also protected by copyright.

                             

Several attempts at copying or counterfeiting have already been brought before the courts, and in 100% of the proceedings, we have prevailed. In the event of repeat offenses or the emergence of new cases, legal action will be taken, up to and including a ban on the sale of counterfeit products, an order for their destruction, and the payment of legal fees and any potential damages.

PRO CONNECT owns the PRO CONNECT trademark, registered with the EUIPO, for the manufacture, marketing, and operation of the product families offered in our catalog. Any unauthorized use of the PRO CONNECT trademark on these same product families by any individual or legal entity will automatically result in legal action.
